They have been informed.

I sent the email about the GRANTS PASS anthology to the mayor and city council of Grants Pass, Oregon. Let's hope they are thrilled to pieces.

Dear Mayor Murphy and Grants Pass City Council Members,

I am writing to let you know that in July 2009, a post-apocalyptic anthology titled "GRANTS PASS" will be released by Morrigan Books. This is exciting news for me, as this has been a five year project; a dream become reality. This anthology is focused around the concept that the city of Grants Pass, Oregon, is one of the last sanctuaries for a doomed world.

As the creator and co-editor of the anthology, I thought it important to inform you that Grants Pass is about to be put on the international map. This anthology features both international and American authors, such as the bestsellers Ed Greenwood, Jay Lake and Cherie Priest. It will have both an American release and an international release in July 2009.

Below are a series of links if you would like to know more:

I am happy to answer any questions you may have, to keep you up-to-date on the project and inform you when pre-ordering for the anthology is available. Also, after the book has been released, I will be available to speak and to sign books in Grants Pass. Unfortunately, my co-editor, Amanda Pillar, will be unavailable as she lives in Australia.

Co-Editor, GRANTS PASS anthology

I remember reading about your Grants Pass anthology a while back. Having lived in Portland for ten years, we traveled to Northern CA regularly to visit in-laws. Grants Pass was one of our favoirite little stops. My father-in-law always called it Grass Pants, and of course, we could never pass by Heaven on Earth without eating something mouth-wateringly country. Can't wait to get my hands on this anthology! What a wonderful idea.
